Hi there!

Remember dial-up? That glorious (and annoying) sound that announced, "Hey world, I'm finally online...maybe"? Yeah, us Millennials. We had scraped knees, snowball fights and sunshine-filled days before diving headfirst into a world of endless scrolling.

We built forts out of blankets and became fluent in the digital language as it evolved. But sometimes, being the bridge generation between analog and digital leaves you feeling a bit...stuck. Like you haven't quite mastered the adulting thing, especially in this overstimulated, digital era.

Maybe you, like me, are a Millennial facing a constant battle with that inner voice whispering, "Is this really it?" Running on a treadmill in a direction you haven't chosen, with no chance to relax and no way to get off. You used to dream big, chase sunsets, and have the energy for your passions. Now, even that third cup of coffee struggles to keep you going.

Weird aches and pains showing up for no reason? Maybe a constant knot in your stomach you can't quite explain? Your body might be sending you some serious signals – like a flashing neon sign reading "TIME FOR A CHANGE!"

My Story

Let me share my story... The fast-paced world of hotel management used to be my thing. I thrived on the challenge, loved the energy, and (admit it) the sound of saying "5-star hotel." But slowly, the thrill faded. Work became a chore, my fuse got shorter, and sleep became a luxury.

A fresh start in a new country sounded perfect. Love was calling, but stress and overthinking followed me like a shadow. Meditation helped a bit, but I still felt lost and out of place.

Changing jobs, changing locations – I tried it all, but the unease stayed. Then, a giant leap: life on a farm! (Cue crickets and baaing!) This city girl had to adapt, especially when she became pregnant.

Literally and figuratively, I was miles from the life I envisioned. Who was I in this new setting? What truly mattered? Contemplating these questions one chilly afternoon, a path emerged: becoming a mental health therapist.

Helping people has always been a passion of mine, even as a kid. But growing up in Eastern Europe, there wasn't a lot of talk about psychology or mental health. When I asked my Mum if she ever felt depressed, her answer was: "I didn't have time for things like depression! What nonsense!"

Still, that little voice inside me wouldn't give up on the idea! I was thousands of miles away and yet, I was more determined than ever to feel at home in my life, to find ways to feel better, both mentally and physically. That's how I stumbled across hypnotherapy, and let me tell you, it is a game-changer!

Learning how my brain worked, what calmed me down, and what thoughts held me back was like discovering a superpower. It gave me a whole new level of control over my happiness.

It was like a fog lifted. In just a few weeks, I could break free from habits that had held me back for years. Suddenly, I saw my relationships with fresh eyes, understanding the true dynamics instead of being influenced by subconscious patterns.

It was a revelation, allowing me to rediscover who I truly am and design a future that aligns with my authentic self. The best part is, it empowered me to throw out the parenting rulebook and embrace my own journey. Now, I see my daughter for the unique individual she is and can tailor my approach to truly support her needs.

Hypnotherapy gave me the tools to understand myself better, break free from limitations, and design a life that feels authentic. It's incredibly rewarding to witness similar transformations in my clients. If you're feeling lost, stuck, or simply know there's more to life, I invite you to explore the possibilities of hypnotherapy.
