By participating in a Rapid Transformational Therapy Session with Anna Carroll you are accepting full responsibility for your own emotional and physical well-being and are agreeing that Anna Carroll holds no liability whatsoever for any potential outcome.

Your session with Anna Carroll is for educational and informational purposes only, and does not constitute medical or other professional health care advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You agree to always seek the advice of a qualified health professional provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical and/or psychological condition.

Results cannot be guaranteed, moreover, results from individual testimonials are for reference only and your own personal experience may differ to those shown on this site.

All rescheduling or cancellations made on paid services within 24hrs of the scheduled booking will be charged in full. You agree to pay any applicable surcharge on payments made by credit card. 

 

Refunds and Cancellations will be dealt on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is for you to be absolutely happy with your product. If for some reason you are not, please email us at anna@mentalleaphypnotherapy.com  and we will make every effort to amend the situation.

Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown on our website are in AUD dollars. The currency and amount will be displayed before you make your payment. We do not store your financial information on our platform. Our third party service provider, Stripe, will store your details and will use these details for each successive billing period. Audio downloads ordered from the website are sent out immediately via email. Please email anna@mentalleaphypnotherapy.com if you face any difficulties retrieving your files.

It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any such change you must immediately stop using the site.
